Type 90

Type 100M
The ControlAir Type 100M Motorized Air Pressure Regulator is designed to provide precise pneumatic control by use of an electrical signal. This highly accurate device is well suited for pneumatic control of a system from a remote location. Utilizing two tandem synchronous AC Motors, each having it’s own set of leads, but operating through a single output shaft, direction of rotation is dependent of which set of leads power is applied to.
Type 700
The Type 700 is designed for applications that require high flow capacity and accurate process control. A poppet valve which is balanced by utilizing a rolling diaphragm insures a constant output pressure even during wide supply pressure variations. Stability of regulated pressure is maintained under varying flow conditions through the use of an aspirator tube which adjusts the air supply in accordance with the flow velocity
Type 7000

Type 700BP
The Type 700BP Back Pressure Regulator is a high flow, highly accurate pneumatic relief valve with an adjustable set point. It’s primary function is to provide protection against over pressurization in the downstream portion of a pneumatic system. This precision unit is capable of handling flows up to 50 SCFM.
Type 7100

Type 7200BP
The Type 7200BP Back Pressure Regulator is a high flow, highly accurate and repeatable pneumatic relief valve with an adjustable set point. It is a normally closed valve that will remain closed until the pressure at the inlet exceeds the regulator’s set point. When pressure does exceed the regulator’s setpoint, the valve will open and vent air until the pressure decreases to below the setpoint.
Type 800
The Type 800 is a compact air regulator that supplies precise air pressure control for applications where space is limited. This high quality unit, available in five pressure ranges up to 100 psig (6.8 bar), offers the same dependable performance as ControlAir’s larger precision air pressure regulators.

I/PAC Integrated Process Air Control
Explosion-proof field mounted I/P transducers from ControlAir are now offered as an integrated package that comes preassembled with a filter regulator and pressure gauge. Users can choose from different versions of either the Type 950XP or Type 595XP I/P combined with the Type 330 filter regulator. The package is bracketed to mount on a 2″ pipe as well as directly onto valve yokes or other devices that utilize 2.25″ bolt spacing.

Type 900X Miniature I/P, E/P Transducer
The Type 900X l/P, E/P transducers are a series of compact electronic pressure regulators that convert an electrical signal (current or voltage) to a proportional pneumatic output. Utilizing internal solid-state feedback circuitry, the Type 900X provides precise, stable pressure outputs to final control elements. Type 925 Multifunction Supply Manifold
The Type 925 Multifunction Manifold provides a common supply port to our Type 900X I/P, E/P transducers. Manifolds are available to hold 3, 5, 10 and 15 units. Inlet ports feature a patented individual shut-off valve that allows safe on-line service or modification with supply pressure on. Individual units may be installed or removed without effecting other units on the manifold. Construction of the manifold is simple and flexible.

Type 250 Lock-up Air Relay
The ControlAir Type 250 Lockup Air Relay is a reliable unit for fail in place applications of control valves when air supply drops below acceptable pressure levels. Valve or damper position is maintained by capturing air pressure inside the diaphragm chamber (or piston cylinder) of the actuator, when the supply pressure falls below the desired set value.

Type 6000 High Flow Capacity Volume Booster
The Type 6000 Volume Booster is a one-to-one signal to output relay that, when used with a positioner/actuator, is designed to increase the stroking speed of control valves. A large input signal change to the volume booster delivers high volume, fast action throttling control. An integral bypass valve provides system stability while allowing normal positioner airflow and normal valve actuation with small input changes.
